Pranayama also produces calmness, which as you know, is not easy for most of us. We usually rush and worry because of our daily pressures. But with yoga workouts respiration and yoga workouts exercises, yoga online videos we can practice ourselves to focus on our respiration and be aware of our persona instead of our environment.
